Work Orders
Work orders allow our clients to make modifications to any aspect of their website.
Billable Hours
One billable hour is the equivalent to one hour of work from an individual. For example, if a work order consumes two hours of a single person's time, then you will be charged for two billable hours. If a work order consumes two hours of two employee's time, then you will be charged for four billable hours.
Work Order Form
To create a new work order, you must fill out the work order form or contact us for an initial meeting. If you fill out the work order form, you can provide details, and we will produce a quote beforehand. If no work order form is filled out, a secondary meeting will be held to present the quote, decide specifics, and agree upon a price.
Meetings are counted as billable hours, prorated by the minute. Meetings can occur via phone, video, or in person. Commutes to and from the meeting site are not counted toward billable hours.
Initial Meetings
During the initial meeting (or secondary meeting), a quote will provided for the work. The quote is an estimate of the predicted billable hours required to complete the work order. The exact amount of time required to complete a work order is recorded. Depending on the type of retainer you choose, you cost-per-hour will differ.
